Trine Lekven Nilsen is a committed and innovative leader with a higher education in management, specializing in change management, recruitment, project management and HSE. 

She has extensive experience as a business leader in the beauty and wellness industry, where she manages Frisørkollektivet AS with its four salons. She established Adam og Eva in Bergen in 2002, and runs the salons as a franchisee in the Adam og Eva group.

In addition, Trine runs Egetpreg with Duncan Mclean, a company that specializes in interior design and creates unique solutions with a focus on quality and aesthetics. 

She is also the founder of SecondLove.eco, an online platform that combines sustainable design with storytelling to give new life to materials.

Trine's work is characterized by a strong focus on innovation, sustainability and social responsibility. Among other things, she has initiated charity projects such as hair donation to children who lose their hair due to illness.
